This is an amazing little digital microscope with a built in scale. Package includes the scope, bracket, base plate, USB cord, and manual. Easy to install. Includes a small built in memory that holds about 10 photos but you can also insert a micro SD card if you wanted to. The indicator light will show red when charging, green when fully charged and it only takes a few hours to fully charge and it has lasted several days ( which I don’t know the exact hours of operation on the that charge), but I do know my husband has used it a lot. Place the coin in the center of the base and your ready. You have several options to choose from and the manual will walk you through it if you wanted to use the weighing feature. Other features included are digital zoom, storage and playback, capturing pictures and videos, playbacks, 4 brightness levels, connects to a PC, Windows or Mac/iMac. You also have many menu settings. This has got to be one of the best gifts I have ever purchased for my coin collecting husband. The screen shows a very clear photo of the coin and makes it extremely easy to see and read the writing. To read the instructions it’s pretty cheap. It’s not a high-quality strong built scaled but it’s great. It works wonderful if you’re treated and respected I say show it a little love and it’ll last you a long time. It’s actually one of my favorite items. I love using it for working on Coins and a few other things but like I said you gotta respect it because it’s not like I said a high quality scale, but it is awesome if you respect it. Read more

The Tomlov LCD coin microscope is an excellent tool for coin collectors. The screen is clear and sharp, making it easy to see fine details like mint marks, errors, and surface texture without eye strain. The magnification is more than enough for close inspection, and the built-in lighting helps bring out details on both circulated and proof coins. Setup is quick, the stand is stable, and the overall build quality feels solid for the price. Being able to view coins on a screen instead of through an eyepiece makes longer sessions much more comfortable. Overall, this microscope offers great clarity, ease of use, and value. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about examining or grading coins. Read more

I ordered this item for my husband. He collects coins and likes to read the dates which this microscope makes it very easy to do plus see what the weight is in each coin. This makes it very easy as you can do both with this item all in one piece. He said he likes it alot and would buy again for someone else if needed. You can't go wrong. It came fairly quick and small enough to set on a shelf to store. Read more

It's perfect for about any magnifications, coins, bugs, splinters in fingers, how small is that screw!, small print... It can be connected to your computer, but I didn't do that. My only complaint is I can't take pictures. I can video though, but I really don't have an use for that feature. Otherwise, it would be a five star. Read more

This unit does what it's supposed to do and does it well. It shows everything thing very clearly and I also love that it gives me the weight for the coins that I want to weight. Read more

Of all the sub $50 microscopes TOMLOV has always ranked as one of the best and this digital scale version does not disappoint. In fact, I love it. With features like digital zoom (up to 4X), an extra tall support post, larger base, wider viewing angle, 10x-200X magnification, large focus wheel and a built in digital scale it's hard to ask for much more in this price range. The kit comes with 3 easily assembled pieces, 2x USB C/A cables, chamois and an illustrated, clearly written user manual. The head unit can store up to 100 pictures but the pictures are not downloadable, only available to view on the unit itself. However, there is a slot for a micro SD card allowing for more functionality. The 4.3" screen is clear and bright and the included light has 4 brightness levels. The scope can be connected to a PC via USB for onscreen viewing. The built in digital scale is accurate to 1 decimal point and the weight shows up on the bottom right corner of the screen. The scale was accurate using mass standards and is tared using the "OK" button. Two things I would like to perhaps see in future versions would be increased scale accuracy to 0.01g and a physical inline switch for the scale. Currently you can only turn the scale off in the software or by unplugging the usb cable. Other than that, this TOMLOV DM4W is a terrific, feature packed microscope for a reasonable price. Read more

It meet all the advertised requirements. Power 10x to 200x is by moving the stand holder up 10x and widest view, then refocus by turing the ring on the microscope body Move down 200x smaller screen view. Light adjustments on the screen 0 to 4 full bright settings. Also quick adjust to lower by quick pressing of the on/off button. Very clear images at all powers. Scale zeros or set to their set. Carat, Ounce Oz, Gram very accurate. All show while viewing. Most features you can turn on or off. A lot of other things it can do. Need a SID card to grab images and a regular Cell phone charger 5vd 1A or 2A they're not included. We'll worth the money. Read more
