This scooter is adjustable allowing the scooter to grow with your kid. We purchased this scooter from Amazon because Target had the same one but almost double the price. The color of the scooter we purchased was an exact match to what is pictured. The handles are soft and I like the extra little bit on the end if it goes down it won't get too banged up.
