These are just small, lined pads, and they're available in colors. They have a very stiff chipboard backing, so it's easier to write on them if you don't have an even surface to rest them on. They're handy mostly for lists because they tear off easily to take it with you. They're also handy to keep records of questions and answers on phone calls. I like to write out what I want to ask on some phone calls because I usually forget to ask something I wanted to know. These are good quality notepads. The colors are muted, which is nice if using in a work environment. The paper is a decent thickness. Not cheap and thin. Best of all the pages tear off quite nicely without tearing into page itself. They are really nice and well worth the buy in my honest opinion. These are 8 X 5 inches Junior Legal Pads as described in the title and description. They were perfect for my needs. The rigid chipboard backs make it so easy to take notes or write on it without a table top or desk. The perforated tops make it very easy to tear the page off. The colors are very pleasing. They aren't my jam, but office mates specifically requested these note pads for use in meetings. They're small enough to comfortably rest on a thigh or armrest while jotting quick notes. The product quality is appropriate for the cost. Other folks appreciate how cleanly sheets tear off. I appreciate that the paper is 100% recycled.
