I picked up this shoulder brace to help with a torn rotator cuff I developed a few months ago. It took me a little bit of time to get it adjusted properly, it wasn't quite sitting right on top of my shoulder, and it was a little tricky fitting it myself, but once I figured out where everything needed to sit, it became pretty easy to put back on the same way each time. The compression feels good. It's not super intense, but it is enough to make my shoulder feel more held together and less loose. That helped take the edge off a bit. Comfort is so-so. I'm rather thin, so it might just be that it isn't conforming to my shoulder like it should, but it also digs into my armpit more than I think it should. When I try to adjust it so it does it wants to slide off my shoulder. The strap is however very comfortable, and sits low enough that it's not digging into my neck like other shoulder braces tend to. It also has a good amount of adjustability, and I really like how much easier it is to cinch tight because of the plastic buckles. It makes it easy to do one handed. In terms of support, it doesn't fully immobilize my shoulder, and for me that's preferable. I had a frozen shoulder before from keeping it too still for too long, so I didn't want something that locked everything in place. This holds my shoulder joint in a slightly more stable position and keeps things from moving around too much, but I can still lift my arm a bit and use it within a comfortable range. If you're looking for something that completely locks your shoulder down, this probably won't feel like enough. It's more of a supportive brace than a strict immobilizer. For day to day use, though, it should work. It also seems well made, and there wasn't that harsh chemical smell you get with a lot of these kinds of braces. Read more

Seems okay for normal size people. Not for a small in stature person! Would’ve preferred they sent me the pink one I ordered. But after some delivery person intentionally wrote the wrong house number on it ( mine was printed clearly!) And the woman who received it over a week ago, decided she didn’t want it and finally brought it to me this morning, I tried it on, it’s so-so, but I believe it doesn’t do a good job holding my shoulder still, due to MY small size and not the manufacture fault. This is a useless piece of stretchable neoprene and velcro that: 1) Is impossible to put on by yourself, especially if you *have shoulder issues* 2) Is completely uncomfortable one you do put it on because the velcro rubs against your armpit 3) Does nothing to stabilize your shoulder, which is the entire point of getting it 4) Doesn't fit at all and provides no functional support It's going in the trash. Maybe it might be useful for a Halloween or cosplay costume if you want to do some sort of superhero or villain type thing, but I have rotator cuff issues in both shoulders and, after trying to put this thing on, my shoulders hurt worse than they did before I started, and there is absolutely zero restriction of movement. It's a useless toy. You'd get the same amount of support if you just cut the end off an old sock. Read more
I recently purchased this shoulder brace to help manage some ongoing rotator cuff discomfort and it has been a significant help in my daily recovery routine. Here’s why I’m really happy with this purchase: 1. Versatile ice pack pocket: one of my favorite features is the double-layer design with a built-in ice pocket. It allows me to apply cold therapy directly to the joint while still having the compression and support of the brace. It holds the pack securely in place so I don't have to balance an ice bag while trying to relax. 2. The adjustable chest and bicep straps make it very easy to get the right amount of tension. Since it’s a universal design, I can use it on either my left or right shoulder depending on where I need the support that day. 3. I was worried about it being too bulky or hot, but the breathable neoprene material is quite lightweight. It provides a solid level of stability without feeling like I’m suffocating my skin, making it comfortable enough for all-day wear. 4. Following the 4-step process in the instructions, I’m able to get this on and adjusted by myself without needing someone else to help pull the straps tight. The strong Velcro holds firm once it's set. If you need a reliable way to stabilize your shoulder and want the added benefit of integrated ice therapy, this brace is excellent. It’s well-made, easy to adjust, and provides the compression needed to help with mobility and posture. Read more

The adjustable straps let me get a good fit on both arms. I've been wearing this for about a week after my rotator cuff acting up, and it stays put through cooking, typing, and light cleaning. Material feels soft and breathes well enough that I'm not sweaty by afternoon. The compression helps with my daily soreness and keeps my shoulder feeling supported when I reach up. Easy to put on and it layers under a t-shirt fine for most days. The straps are a little fiddly the first time you adjust them, and if you don't position it right the armpit area can rub. Not meant for heavy lifting or serious workouts, but for everyday stuff it does what it's supposed to. Feels sturdy, washes well, and folds flat so I can toss it in my bag when I travel and the mobility is pretty good. For the price I think it's decent value if you're dealing with mild to moderate shoulder discomfort and just want simple support. Just make sure you tighten the straps properly the first time - it'll slip if you don't get them snug enough. Read more
