Incorrect Product....Not as advertised ....Amazon will not replace with correct Item

My Laptop will not accept a drive of this size. The advertised size was a 1 TB drive and it is actually a 2 TB drive which will not work in my HP laptop. Amazon has basically refused to correct this issue. All I want is for them to ship me the drive that was advertised an I will return this one which is unusable .......this is totally unacceptable ....more and more wrong Items being shipped by Amazon as I shop with them. Their reputation is starting to tarnish from what it once was. Read more
