Issue Now Known (unknown sistortion during play
I previously gave this 3 stars but it now gets 5 stars. The problem WAS NOT with this unit. -------------- I'm giving this 3 stars since the player Toshiba SD7200 1080P Upconverting DVD Player, Black has always had a slight distortion or blip during the playing of home DVDs only (not titled DVDs of movies) since delivery on December 23rd, 2009. After using 3 different DVD recorders and both Maxell and Sony DVDs with the same problem, the only conclusion is that it is this specific player. Whether a defect on this specific machine or on all players of this model number is unknown and I have contacted J&R Music to ship this back for a different brand/model. Read more

Total Garbage
