Broke at 3 months
Worked fine for 3 months then it suddenly stopped working. Now it won't read any dvds at all. We didn't drop it or anything. Will contact manufacturer. Read more
Nice little dvd player
Have had this player for over a year now, ordered new off of amazon, and am very happy with it. have taken it when am travelling and use it at home too. it has held up well and has excellent picture and sound. Highly recommend this player. I really do love Toshiba products in general and this is another high quality item. Read more

This product got broken within 5 month, It started scratch my DVDS Scratch was DEEP. The ones got scratch are all ruined.I can not play anymore on any device. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF TOSHIBA IS EXTREMELY RUDE, NOT INFORMATIVE ,HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BUY THIS. THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE PORTABLE DVD PLAYER OR SELL ON THEIR OWN LINE IN US. THEY MIGHT HAVE BETTER SERVICE IN JAPAN BUT NOT IN US. Read more
