Great product, Good price, Outstanding shipping
After much research we decided to purchase this toilet/bidet system, Toto is highly rated by many plumbers as countless YouTube videos will attest. First of all I was a little more than fearful about shipping as ~some on line retailers~ reviews had pictures of porcelain shards in a box when delivered. I decided to take a chance on Amazon, glad I did. See the photos- the system arrived in 3 boxes; bowl, bidet, and tank. Every box was "double boxed" with an industrial type bubble wrap surrounding the original factory box. Everything arrived together and on time. Next came installation, I did mine myself but any plumber can install it as it's basically like any toilet (aside from being extremely high quality). Getting the bidet Washlet seat attached is a little more involved but pretty straight-forward. Watching a few Toto specific videos on YouTube helped with a few tips. When completely installed it looks sleek and modern. Operation, this thing has a remarkable flush at 1.28 gpf, it's SO much better than the American Standard 1.6 gpf the Toto replaced. The tornado flush system just whisks away everything so quickly and quietly. Now the bidet system is fantastic! We are still learning everything that is does but it is easy to figure things out with the manual. PROS: Enhanced porcelain finish for easy cleaning Pre-mist the bowl when you sit down (prevents Skid marks) Heated seat Heated bidet water Multiple pressure and spray settings Heated air drier Deodorizer fan Nightlight Multi-person pre-sets Self cleaning bidet wand CONS: You will probably kick yourself in the butt for not getting one of these years ago! It's not the most expensive unit and defiantly not the cheapest, but it's extremely high quality and probably the best value for the money.
