I was surprised the fixture shown in the photographs was not included. It takes some reading to find that can be ordered separately. We ordered the hansgrohe 3192001 single-handle fixture anyway so no big deal. It will be January 2022 before it is installed in our new home, so I cannot comment on that. However, the seating area (edges) is wide and very comfortable-looking. Other brands have such narrow seating areas that they look like they would quickly leave grooves. Read more

First, the product is beautiful and arrived in two days via R&L freight line. There was one minor snag for me. The openings for the bolts were a little different than the American Standard version I was replacing. I was able to bore a couple of holes into the tile and concrete and used the anchors and lag bolts that was included with the Toto bidet. Other than that all was good. Read more

The bidet arrived on time in perfect condition. We had it installed by a plumber during a bathroom remodel. It replaced an older, vertical spray model. It has a simple, functional appearance. We ordered the Hansgrohe 31721001 Focus S Over-The-Rim Bidet Faucet, Chrome on Amazon and it is a beautiful combination. More sanitary to use and easier to clean than the vertical spray model. This TOTO bidet was priced at least $150 USD less than the cheapest model that we could find at local plumbing suppliers and bathroom showrooms. Great deal. Read more

These bidets are the last of a gem, and one of the best ever designed functionally. They should resume production of them. Retailers are certainly selling them at priceless antiques prices !!! Subsequent designs have forgotten how bidets are used. Read more
