Cheaply made, unable to hold any tablet stably, completely worthless

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to like this. I wanted to have confidence in its advertising and claims. But within less than fifteen minutes of arrival, I knew I was going to have to return this thing. It sucks. Build quality is only so so. The clamps are terrible. Both are adjustable, one a ratchet style, the other spring loaded. Both have button action adjustment. Neither of the clamping arms have any indent or side to side stabilizers. So this thing is not rock steady. In fact, you can’t possibly hold any sized tablet vertically. It will slide out no matter what, no matter the speed, even standing still. The expanding cup clamp is fine, but the adjuster ring / knob kneeling is too rounded, making it hard for anyone with sizable hands to get a grip, especially when navigating between dash components and the arm itself. Don’t waste your money on this thing. It’s useless. Read more
