Must be fragrance free and I have no rash. My hair is very wavy in the bottom layers but the crown of my hair is pretty straight. Just spraying this on in quantity and scrunching didn’t work for me. I use 4 sprays of leave in detangling conditioner, then 1 or 2 sprays of Plump into my hands and work into my hair. Then I spray one spray of Tousle into my hands and just work into the top layer of hair but not at the roots. Then I scrunch. I do not brush my hair. I wait until dry then use a pic to break it up.
