I wore this watch for over a month so I could write an honest review. It keeps track of my HR, steps, stress levels, sleep, oxygen levels (good for people with respiratory diseases like COPD), and more. It notifies me of my messages, shows me the weather and even notifies me every hour to drink water. I wish it would allow me to text and call but unfortunately it doesn’t have that feature. Other than that, the product is great for the price and I would highly recommend it as an affordable smart watch for great quality! Read more

Easy to set up and excellent for monitoring activity level and various bio markers : heart rate oxygen saturation, stress level. It also does a great job of tracking sleep, steps and calories burned during various programmable exercises. Can receive text notifications and make and receive phone calls when paired with my Apple phone. Provides weather, can set timers and reminders and more. Excellent value for the price. It can tell the time, but it is not the best at counting steps initially. It does measure my heart rate accurately, but it is not able to measure stress, as the description states. *Update* I've been on the second watch for the past month. It moves a bit slower, and I sometimes have to reset it to get it to count steps. Read more

The watch was impossible to set for daylight savings. Kept flashing bright lights during sleeping that wake you up. Scared me to death when my normal low blood pressure, sounded the alarm of a pressure of 180.( which was an inaccurate reading) I was home and whipped out a BP cuff and my pressure was normal. Then after 2 weeks and many calls to nonexistent Customer Service, one afternoon it just Quit working altogether! I had already secured a box to return it, and was glad to. Read more
