I think this milk thistle tea is very tasty. As to how much milk thistle is has compared to the store brand I was buying that was super expensive, I can't say. I like the resealable bag it comes in, the price, the pyramid tea bag, the taste, and the number of tea bags. I take all these leftover plastic bags to the supermarket recycling after. But some of them I keep if they have a good zip lock. This one does. Read more

The quality is good, I drink this tea every morning with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Has a very calming effect, you don't get the same high and crash as you do with coffee. Provides good energy throughout the morning and has served as a great alternative to coffee. The taste is mild and not bitter. The value is good and these 100 bags will last me about 3 months. Not exactly sure what the bags are made of, but I like it better than your traditional tea bags, the taste seems to be a little cleaner. Read more
