I really love this scale. First off it’s flat, older digital scales I’ve used you have make sure it’s on a flat surface. This scale is just flat where ever you place it. The numbers don’t change because you moved the scale. The display is bright and easy to read. For comparison I put my old scale nest to my new one. This scale does not move when you step on it, that’s a plus. Also, scale has an app, used via Bluetooth can view my weights on my iPhone. Great digital scale. A must buy. Read more

This scale worked right out of the box and is very accurate. I know how much I weigh and this scale was right on it. It is very sleek and nice looking in the house, which is a good perk. Its heavy duty and seems to be made very well. The app was pretty easy to install and use. The only thing with the app is that you can only use it with one person. If someone else in my house gets on the scale, it automatically thinks it's me and there's no way to tell it any different, so I just have to delete that weight. So, I just don't really use the app much. But the scale itself is great, and I use it often. The display is nice and bright and easy to read. Overall, I'm very happy with the scale. Read more

I've used the Trackster scale for a week. The scale matched my other digital scale within .2 pounds. The scale also gives me the same reading when I get on and off it a number of times in a row. This scale connects to your phone by bluetooth, so it doesn't update your readings until your phone is relatively close. The scale looks good and functions well. The huge problem is that the scale doesn't differentiate between people. This scale is only useful for one person. If you are tracking your weight, anyone who steps on the scale will add a number to your database. You will need to remove those readings to have the tracking be accurate. This also means you can't track a second person's weight. So, effectively your bathroom will need one scale for each person in the house. The Amazon page says nothing about this limitation. So many scales include this feature I assumed this one would as well. Even if you are one person, if a guest steps on your scale, your graph is now altered and they have now shared their weight with you. It seems an app update could resolve this problem. Due to these problems. I don't recommend this scale. Read more

Nice scale. Received with batteries installed. And truly appreciate when they need to be changed, this scale uses common house hold batteries. No more searching for the correct button battery. LED numbers easy to read. App works as it should. Would be nice if app would accommodate multiple household members. This scale has been used multiple times daily for almost 2 months and the batteries are still going strong. Read more

This scale works well and is quite accurate. The construction and design are top notch. As other reviewers have noted, the app only tracks one individual, so this isn't great for multi-person use unless you just need a no-frills scale that tells you how much you weigh, without tracking history. Overall, a good product that can be a five star product if the app is enhanced to enable multi-person tracking. Read more

This is a VERY nice scale! It is heavy duty and seems to be accurate. I have two other scales that I know are calibrated well, and this on displayed the same weight as the other two down to the decimal point. It is packaged very nicely out of the box. It has four batteries preloaded with a voltage stopping tab that has to be removed before use. The scale is pretty heavy and feels durable, but since it can support over 400lbs, I think that is a good design choice. The digital display is bright, clear and very easy to read. Setting it up via Bluetooth to the app is very easy. It tracks weight, date and time, so it is very to visually see your results from your device. Overall, this is a great scale for the price! If this were just a basic floor scale, it would earn 5 stars. If you only need a simple scale, you might not want to pay extra for unused smart features. Since this scale is marketed as a "smart" device with smartphone integration, my review evaluates the entire experience. The core functionality is excellent: it’s fast, accurate, and requires no setup - just step on, and your weight appears in seconds. However, the "smart" features are where it falls short. Here’s a summary of the issues: * No multi-user support: All weights are stored as a single dataset in the app. You can delete unwanted entries by swiping left, making it usable for one person, but it’s very inconvenient at the very least for multiple users. * Persistent permissions nag: The app repeatedly prompts for "Health Connect" permissions after virtually every interaction until you surrender and grant access to your phone’s health data. There is no other way to get rid of this prompt. * Forced full access: Even if you allow weight data sharing, the app demands access to all other unrelated metrics like blood glucose and blood pressure, which is unnecessary for a scale (though the company offers other health devices, which can be used in the same app). Overall, the smart features feel poorly designed and detract from an otherwise solid product. Read more

As a scale, it looks and feels very nice. It is thin, sleek and modern. It's easy to use right out of the box after removing the plastic tab blocking the included batteries. It wakes up easily with some significant pressure on the scale so it shouldn't wake up by an accidental tap or nudge. The smart features feel somewhat lacking but I'm not sure what else I would want or need it to do. I downloaded the app, and syncing was easy but all I see it does is keep a record of your weight every time you weigh yourself with dates and times. It does have a chart feature to visually depict your progress that way. It can also sync with Apple Health to update your weight in that app. I am not sure how this would work with multiple users but since I live alone and am the only person using it, this isn't an issue.
