Edit: Customer service was in touch quickly and sent a new replacement toy that worked great. Several weeks later, they followed up again to make sure I was satisfied. Their exemplary customer service more than made up for a product hiccup and I will continue to use this brand in the future. I have purchased products by Tracy's Dog in the past and have been very satisfied, so I was excited to find a quality prostate massager from a preferred company. However, this toy stopped working after the first use.
