I hate to give this product 2 stars, because I generally think that Tracy's Dog is a solid company. All of the niceties I've come to expect from the company are here -- discrete packaging, a carrying pouch for the product, technical solidity (the vibrator never fails to function correctly), etc. TD has ticked all of their boxes here, and I'm very happy to see that. However, the actual experience of using this is frustrating. Insertion is complicated by the design; there's no solid point to grab, so you have to push the probe by its base and then hope that you can wire it into appropriate depth and angle. Even once inserted, I'm unable to position the probe to stimulate my prostate whatsoever! This is made extra complicated by the length of the connecting cord; you can not insert the probe particularly deeply while attaching the ring to your shaft because you very quickly run out of slack. I'm not able to get the desired prostate stimulation out of this product, which I find very unfortunate. This one was a big miss for me. EDIT: 5 stars isn't for the product (which still doesn't work for me), but for the stellar customer service. Tracy's Dog went above and beyond and made this more than right.
