The frame seems very heavy duty, easy to put together and customizable but they used weak string for supporting the weight? One of the strings broke the first time I got on it. Hopefully the will send another better one. In my eyes very expensive hammock, I didn’t mind spending the money hoping for high quality. I am 200 lbs a far cry from the 800 lbs that’s advertised. Size is ok for one person but two would be a stretch especially because of the support strings. Read more

My original review is below for reference , but the company that sells the hammock did reach out to me to rectify the problem I’ve had with their hammocks. They offered to reimburse me for the hammock which is not what I even asked for but the fact that they were willing to do so without me contacting them shows the integrity they hold with their product and customer care. They offered to also mail me a storage bag for my hammock which was missing from my second order. I definitely recommend purchasing hammocks from them as this company cares about their customers and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Ordered this hammock twice. Hammock is cozy but I noticed the metal where you’d connect it became a bit loose but it didn’t bother me. I’ve had my first hammock for two years now, I ordered the second this year and compared to the first one the second did not bring the storage bag which is annoying. I couldn’t return it as I opened it while I was camping and obviously was going to use it. Disappointed it didn’t come with a storage bag. Read more

My son loves sleeping in his hammocks, but not all places we go have the opportunity to hang one from trees. He absolutely loves this one and even has it set up in his room. It was easy to setup, comes with a nice storage bag, and relatively light compared to the robust frame. It's nice to have different settings from sitting to laying down. The paint on it is well done too and doesn't seem that it will chip or fade. Only time will tell, but I think it was worth the purchase. Read more
