The Goloni Travel Garment bag is made so much better than garment bags I remember from the past. The fabric is smooth, and the construction, while structured enough to protect the contents and hang properly, is soft. Soft bags are awesome for carry-on travel, they can flex to fit in a crowded overhead bin. I love the way the zipper is arranged to easily enclose the whole folding bag into one case. It's great that there is a proper shoulder strap as well as the padded top handle and the back strap for a suitcase handle. The black color comes with a tan lining, which is practical, it's much easier to see everything with a light colored lining. The pockets are designed so that they work right side up when the whole thing is hanging open on a closet pole or rack. I am impressed that this is more than long enough to hold the knee length dresses I wear every day. Longer dresses will fit too, although a full length gown may have to fold up again at the hem when the bag is zipped closed. I can pack all my clothes for a weekend or week long trip in just this one bag. There are 4 main interior pockets, one has bellows for a pair of shoes, the other 3 flat ones can be for bras, underwear and socks. Everything else can go on hangers, or in the front and back exterior pockets. There's a big appeal to be able to hang this in the hotel room on arrival, and have everything at your finger tips without having to dig through a suitcase This bag is helping me re-think the way I pack for travel.
