I bought a 4 pack of these bulbs in 2020. 5 years ago. They are in an unheated shop that doesn't get a lot of use but the bulbs usually work fine. One of them some times doesn't light up but it may be the fixture. I crushed one that was over a car lift when I left the hood up on the jeep. I bent it straight and put put it back in the fixture and it still works. One of these bulbs is a bright as the pair of florescent tubes were. I have no complaints with them. Read more

I installed 30 double fixtures with frosted 5000K lamps in a new shop with 14’ ceilings spaced 6’ side to side, and the result is very close to natural sunlight. I had three bulbs that were damaged due to rough handling by the shipper and customer service responded immediately and sent replacement bulbs. I purchased and installed 12 of these in my hobby shop March 2020. As of today 50% have failed. Specifically one half or both groups of LEDs within each failing lamp no longer illuminates. I am not including in the 50% the lamps where some small number of random LEDs are no longer working. The lights probably average 4 hours a day use. They are mounted at inside roof/ceiling level of my insulated shop. Most of the failures began this past summer...not a particularly hot one in our mountains, but the temps near the ceiling probably peak out at a bit under 100F by mid-afternoon on a sunny warm day. I also have 4 other 8' LED fixtures in the shop. They cost each what a box of 12 of these cost. I have had zero failures in 4 years...not even a single LED element. I have ordered this product many times and have always had a good experience. There have really good customer service that handle any problems that I have had and are always quick to respond. The lights are very easy to install and allot more energy efficient than your regular fluorescent bulbs with the ballasts. I highly recommend this product. Read more

Lights began to fail (not light up at all) in less than 18 months of low use. The ones that are still working have sections of the led strip that are burnt out. An Internet search suggested that a led strip light should last for 50,000 hours. These maybe have had 2000 hrs of use. I will be purchasing name brand lights from now on. Read more
