These are awesome little units. I have spots in my home where I like to have multiple things plugged into a couple outlets but I don’t want to have a power strip or cords sticking straight out into the room. The angle of these side outlet holes help me run cords along the walls in either direction. These are your standard plug ins you’d find in any outlet so capability isn’t an issue. You can’t get much easier than plugging these into the wall. They’re not faulty and feel super solid. Just holding them in your hands you can tell they’re durable. I feel like they’re pretty neat little extenders and I’m glad I found them. They’re well worth the money. Read more

I don't leave many reviews, but I love these extenders so much that I want them to do well so they don't go anywhere lol. I've gotten about 6 of these in the past 8 months and as of right now, all are working and looking great. I love the clean and unobtrusive design on them; the fact they have all 3 pins (power, signal, and ground), instead of the usual two, is a game changer; the placement of the inserts allow for comfortably plugging three devices easily, unlike other extenders I have tried in the past; a nice touch is that is has a little "on" light indicator whenever they are plugged to the wall outlet, giving it a more higher-quality feel; the fact that you can use/plug two of these extenders in a single wall outlet, and it fits snug and securely, is fantastic. All in all, I recommend these extenders and look forward to buying more whenever the need arises. Hope this helps! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve never seen a cube style outlet extender in which the plug itself illuminates - what a smart little addition for devices that you can add to your bedroom or wherever you rest at night, to help you find the receptacle in dark quarters! WhileIm a fan of nightlights and soft music for sleep, a number of people like everything still and dark, like death itself. Such light output is absolutely unobtrusive if you value such preference. These solved two issues for me: extending two outlets on a GFCI outlet to six, and also being able to plug both upside down, since today’s US electrical codes say that the ground plug of receptacles must be installed on top of the twin AC currents, like a triangle 🔼. It’s become awkward since many accessories are designed with its round ground pole, inserted in the down position 🔽. These extenders can yield more chance of success, and it’s probably a good idea to keep at least one of these in your laptop bag, purse or even in your glove box for when you need to open up an additional outlet in an emergency. How many times have I seen people search for an open outlet to give their dead smartphones a boost? That’s just not smart to not have some kind of compact outlet extender wherever you go. There are cubes that don’t widen like this but the trapezoidal size and shape was designed to facilitate bulkier items like my bathroom night light and Amazon’s Echo devices as seen in the image. Nothing was difficult about the installation which is straightforward - plug and play. I don’t get why there would be a question regarding heat level because these sit like cubes or basic power strips, which are no frill devices that operate with barely a rise in temperature unless excessive power draws through. Always check the amperage limits of any electrical accessory before you choose to use any high amperage device like a hair dryer in the bathroom or space heater in other rooms of your residence. For me, the set of two are well worth the price that I paid! Read more

This TROND outlet extender has come in really useful, especially where wall space is tight. The angled design helps avoid blocking other plugs, and it works exactly as advertised — turning one outlet into three grounded sockets. The build feels solid and safe, and it’s compact enough not to look awkward. Pros: • Angled plug design prevents overcrowding of outlets • Converts one grounded outlet into three — great for small rooms • Ideal for places like cruise ship cabins, kitchens, bathrooms — anywhere space is limited Cons / Tips: • Be careful not to plug in high-wattage devices (like heaters or irons) simultaneously—these extenders are best for smaller electronics. Bottom line: A smart, practical outlet expander for everyday use in tight areas. Does its job well without being bulky or unsightly. Read more

Great idea and implementation. Lately, too many of these multi taps are too big and so cover part of the neighboring socket on duplex receptacles. The slant design is great. I was hesitant to buy at first because no indication of UL approval. Something like this that could potentially carry high current like from a heater I felt needed that validation for being designed to handle that so it doesn't burst into flames while I'm not around! I took the chance. The ones I received have an ETL marking (same as UL) so I was relieved! Recommended. Read more
