My dog loves this new toy! She loves to keep it in her mouth, hold it under her chin, and tries to tap it like a basketball as it vibrates. It's great in size and charges fairly quick. She has yet to break it, definitely chew proof. Read more
This ball keeps my active dog occupied. The color is vibrant and the vibration is good. The rolling mode is great but would like the item come with a outer cloth for use with bouncing mode as it makes an annoying sound on hardwood and might damage it. Battery life is good and one single charge lasts hours. The ball is on a medium size so might not be suitable for large dogs without supervision. Also not for heavy chewers as a dog can chew through the plastic into the electronics like mine did. Read more
I like the idea, no fault of the manufacturer but our 4 family dogs are all afraid of it (a golden doddle, 2 beagle mixes, and a husky/lab mix. I missed the window to return it. I hope to find dog to give it to. Read more

I thought this would be a fun ball to keep my dog occupied, but he was quite afraid of it when it started shaking, jumping, and bouncing. He was afraid of the noise, too, and went right under the couch. That first introduction may have ruined it for him, because he was a bit afraid of it even in its silent mode while not moving at all. It's a little large for him to bite and run off with, so it sort of sits around instead of being played with like other balls. It's a bit on the hard side, much harder than a tennis ball. That makes it less of a value than it should be and not the success of a toy I had hoped for. My dog is only 13 pouns, so other larger dogs may have a lot of fun with it and not be as afraid as my pup was. Read more
The Trumoon 2025 bouncing ball performs as advertised—it rolls and jumps around erratically once activated, which definitely grabs attention. However, the ball is made of very hard plastic, and my dogs showed no interest in picking it up. I can’t blame them—it doesn’t seem like it would be comfortable and might even hurt their teeth. I understand the need for durability, given the electronics and battery inside, especially to deter aggressive chewers. But the rigid construction makes it less appealing as a toy. Interestingly, our cats were more intrigued by the unpredictable movement than the dogs were. Read more
This is a great toy, but not great for nervous dogs. It charges using USB (big plus). It is motion activated, so if moved it will start the motors. The on and off button is hard, just like the outside of the ball. The motor in it shakes randomly, making the ball move around randomly. It does make a bit of noise. Our dog is a bit reactive, and she is ok with it (not fearful), but she doesn't play with it as much as other toys. If your dog is really fearful, I could see them running away from it and not liking it. But, for other dogs I can see this being a great option. The plastic is very hard and will last a long time. The item itself is well constructed and works pretty much as advertised, although I was not able to get the hang of the two modes (5 minutes and stop vs 5 minutes and starts again when moved). I tried using this with a few dogs. Most either loved or were interested in the moving ball, while one dog was terrified, hence the title of my review. Read more
