They work very well to relieve my foot pain.

I have used a set of these for about 4 months now and I like these so much, I bought a 2nd pair for my gym shoes. They are firm and thick, but are also flexible enough to slide down into my shoe for a perfect fit. The "bump" or extra padding and support is positioned just right to support the metatarsal that needs extra cushioning and prevent further inflammation and pain as I go about my daily workout routines. I have a bunion which has resulted in the metatarsals in my 2nd toe shifting and causing an extremely painful and swollen joint. This makes 2 of my favourite workouts (kickboxing and hiking) very painful. The podiatrist recommended a custom insole for my shoes .... for $500!!!! However, he also gave me a steroid shot and strict instructions to protect that joint from further pain. I showed him this insole and he said that works, but they won't last long with my level of activity. I ordered a 2nd pair for my gym shoes, as I mentioned....however, the "bump" on the 2nd pair isn't as pronounced as the first pair still is...it still supports, but not quite as well, so consistency in manufacturing might be an issue. Nevertheless, the price point for these insoles, and the proven pain relief that allows me to walk pain free, makes them an excellent temporary alternative to expensive custom orthotics. Read more

Good for Overpronators

This orthotic is very well made. It is designed for people who over pronate - the person walks on the inside of the foot. But if you happen to be one of those people who tend to walk more on the outside of the foot (supinate) then this is not the orthotic for you. I am a supinator so had to return these. Too bad because it is a well made orthotic and the metatarsal pad was just what I wanted. Read more

Can wear uncomfortable shoes again!

These arrived quickly and exactly as pictured/described nothing to complain about. I use the insoles daily and what was uncomfortable walking most days I am now able to walk pain free as well as not have that terrible burning and shooting of pain down my toe after a day on my feet. Besides the great price, they have great arch support, feel firm but not too stiff, and the egg shaped pad kinds just feels good. On a hunch, I even put them into rental ski boots. They completely resolved the foot cramping. I'll be buying a few more for my other shoes for sure. Read more

Great support and comfort, already coming apart

I bought these to spam the gap to a podiatrist appointment. I have high arches and without the support I get a pinched nerve. These solve that problem pretty great, and they are pretty awesomely comfortable. I spend most of the day on my feet, either doing chores or at work. These insoles take away a lot of pain and fatigue. They fit my boots perfectly. Even with a broken toe I am still able to remain on my feet all day. Now, the bad. After less than a month the top liner material is already starting come off the insole. I'm the type that this annoys me very much, and I'll pretty much have to ignore it all day until after my appointment, which is in two weeks. So, while they get the job done, I would have liked for that liner to not bunch up under my toes after less than a month. Read more

Shoe inserts.

This is my first review ever for a product on Amazon. From the moment I put these inserts in and walked around, the pain I had in the ball of my foot slowly disappeared! The design and arch support is perfect! Fantastic product! Read more

Foot Pain A Must Buy

I am a diabetic and I have a lot of foot pain and I have tried all types of insole and could never get the relief I needed, but after purchasing these I can walk without my feet hurting me. My podiatrist recommend power step, but when she examined these she said it had all the support I needed. I will be buying more. Read more

Met pad too hard, not very comfortable material

Not comfortable at all. The met pad is too pronounced and firm...it creates a "hot spot" on your foot, and doesn't provide sufficient ball support at all. Like others have said, I had to remove them mid-run...created more problems than it solved. Read more
