I bought these boots because they looked really nice and were fairly reasonable for riding boots in respect to price. They were well packaged and came with inflatable boot forms so they would keep their shape (a nice bonus!). The leather was very nice, if a bit stiff. I'm assuming that it would loosen up a bit as I wore them. While I'm giving them 5 stars, I didn't end up keeping them due to my calves being too large. I thought with the stretchy expand panel they would fit, but that wasn't the case. My calves are 13 inches around, so if you are about that size I would recommend going to the wide calf boots they offer. Was really bummed they didn't fit because they were beautiful. Definitely would recommend though if you are looking for a basic riding boot with some style. Read more

The absolutely most comfortable boots I have ever owned. They are soft, sized correctly and fit like a glove. I prefer these boots to paddock boots and half chaps for schooling, they are that comfortable and much better looking. Not really suitable for showing but that is not why I bought them. They require no breaking in - I wore them 8 hours the first day right out of the box. Read more

I loved the looks of these boots online, but they just didn't quite measure up in real life. I really wanted a pair of boots with a bit of shine or one's that would take a shine, but these were 'matte'. The leather was very stiff also... Even though the seller was slammed by hurricane Sandy, they still managed to get my boots to me only a few days late, which was pretty impressive. Customer service was friendly when I called to check on delivery times & my refund came through promptly. I would order from this seller again. Read more

The 8 1/2 regular fits my 141/2" calf perfectly. The footbed is extremely comfortable. Snugness through the ankle provides good support. This is a great schooling boot. Probably not stiff enough for fans of stiff dressage boots but I really love these boots for schooling and they are so comfortable I don't want to take them off! I wear them for my riding lessons. They are very comfortable, but probably a little tall for me (I am 5’2” so I am used to it). I am impressed with the quality. Great boots. Great price. Read more

Nice fitting boots. Holds my ankle very well and comes up high enough for my long leg. Because i am a trainer i wear these all day a few times a week. I have had them for a few weeks and they are holding up ok. Some scrapes have taken away some color but nothing too bad. Good schooling shoe. Read more

this is my 3rd pair. I like this boot because 1) price, 2)fit 3) fit :).. lol.. I am short and these boots do not cut into the back of my knee. just hope they keep making them. They are a fast break in.. no extra work necessary.. just wear and ride. They shine up good and take daily abuse well.. only thing I wish didnt happen is the elastic by the zipper wears out.. but probably because I need to grip less lol Read more

The boots are very nice with soft leather, but the calf was too wide for me. I also should have ordered up. my foot fit just right but the zipper is right by the heel. I had to return and they didn't have the same boot in a bigger size with slim calf. Read more
