UPDATE: The zipper on one of the boots was defective and split after a few rides. Company was very easy to deal with to make it right. I would 100% deal with them again. I am considered reordering the boots. They are very comfortable. These boots are fine. It is hard to find wide calf field boots and these fit. They were comfortable by the second ride. I am 5’3 and I got the regular height thinking they would be too tall. They aren’t. My calves are around 17” in think and I just got the regular wide. The only thing I don’t love is the details are a bit cheap appearing and the seams along the back zipper stand out. They aren’t smooth and they call attention to the panel construction. The footbed is very comfortable. I hope they last long enough to make the price worth it. Read more

I ordered the dress boot first, leather was so thin it was like cloth. Boot calf fit fine but the shoe was so hard soled the “leather” creased into my instep shoes did not match. Sent them back and tried the field boot, boot calf again was fine but the shoe part on the left was visibly wider than the right. Also the toe cap was not straight. Doubt I try for a third time. Nicely made! If you run WW width in an 8 shoe and and are about 19 " or a bit more around your calf, likely this boot will be your best buy on the market available. Of note, this boot runs longer than US size boots do, as it turned out one size longer. I usually wear a 7 1/2 in a wide boot, and yet it was the sz 6 in this boot that ended up being the closest fit for me. I didn't end up with this boot even so for reason my calf is less diameter than that of the sz 6. Still for a non-custom riding field boot in a X-wide calf and a wide width shoe box, this one was the most affordable and best boot I found to date. One thing that was disappointing was when it arrived; for considering time noted for the arrival was updated once into January, it missed that second date estimate by at least a week. Though the seller apologized for the second delay, clearly it wasn't sent till January, which as I see it even with being busy for the holiday that goes past the holiday by two weeks. In my view this wasn't a reasonable excuse I was given for it being so late. Read more

I am so disappointed in the quality of these boots. I have the same pair from years ago that finally need to be replaced, and I immediately thought of just getting the same ones, because it's so tough to find boots for wider calves that are affordable. I tried ONE of the boots on to ensure the fit when I received them, and when I stood up, the entire ankle collapsed, like when you're wearing a rubber boot. There was zero support in the ankle, and it's because of the quality of the "leather". I am returning these for sure. Highly disappointed in that there is almost no option for us ladies with wider calves, and this is no longer an option. Ugh. The only thing that was positive about these boots is that they actually fit me, both in the calf (17.5") and height. I just can't get over the fat/loose ankle of the boot. :( Read more

We spent over an hour at a local equine store trying on boots for my daughter. Not a single pair fit due to the ankle or calf being too tight.
