Truly amazing! Our 7 yo injured his ankle from soccer in March 2025. We did everything we could think of to help it heal and eventually sought a Pediatric Ortho Dr. We followed his instructions he gave us and he wore the brace they provided. The brace became like a crutch so we stopped wearing it after several months. Well, it started to hurt again and we ended up back at urgent care with more X-rays. After another follow up to the Ortho came more brace wearing and a fed up husband who consulted AI. It recommended this product (size small) and it has been the biggest help yet! Our son has stopped complaining of pain and actually said it doesn’t hurt like it has for the past 9.5 months! I tried them and didn’t realize how much I needed a pair too. I truly think it might help my back pain also so I ordered another pair for me. The cushioning is perfect and they stay in your shoes. Skip the dr scholl’s from Walmart - these are wonderful! These Tuli heel cups allowed immediate relief to my heels. I say heels, because you must wear both, in order to have equilibrium in your step. I only have one heel that gives me grief(a tiny area the size of a pin-top on my left ankle) but with your feet, you need to have each foot the same height. Thus, you must wear both. The cushioning is wonderful. I bought a REGULAR and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I wore them in my tennis shoes, yesterday, and for the first time, no excruciating pain during grocery shopping. They are thick, which helps the pressure on the heel. I think they may poke out at the top of some of my flats, but the rubber is thin at the sides and top, and can be easily trimmed down. At this point, I know that the bottom cushion is what provides the relief, so I’m willing to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. Unlike some have reported, the inserts do not slide or move around. They do make my feet go a little deeper into the front of the shoe, but not enough to hurt my toes. Now, I buy wide toe box shoes, so that may be the reason I do not have problems. I do not wear tight-fitting or narrow-toe shoes. I want to be able to walk if I make to my 80s/90s!!! I’m determined to take care of my feet everyday with calf exercises, wearing toe stretchers at night, and magnesium foot soaks. I have no pain, except for a tiny pin-top-sized area on the back of my left ankle. It’s’ amazing how something so tiny can cause so much pain!! I’m sure a trip to the ortho is in order and I will go. But, for immediate relief, these fit the ticket. Tuli’s are the most wearable and functional heel cushions that I have ever purchased. I’ll stick with this brand, and continue to do leg and foot exercises daily. I hope they work for you, too. Read more

I’m surprised how good they work for my plantar fasciitis. I’m considering more pairs to just leave them in my gym shoes and then use one pair for other shoes. Read more

These provided relief but are challenging to get your foot inserted into your shoes because they are so soft and pliable that they tend to fold over when sliding foot into shoe. Otherwise once you get your foot situated in your shoe they are very helpful for heel discomfort. Read more

These are fantastic. I had tried everything from expensive New Balance shoes, to all kinds of types of inserts. I didn't understand how to address my problem! After finding out I had achilles tendonitits, I bought these. I got them the first day of October and used them everyday. They brought instant and lasting relief to my hyper pronation problem.(it is what causes my achilles tendonitits) I can use my off brand converse, and stand all day, no worries of the crippling pain this used to bring me. They even put my Dansko shoes to shame in terms of comfort and pain relief. I have them 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. 1) not good for heels. It shoved my toes further into the shoe, making them cramp. For them to be useful in heels, I'd have to buy a size up from my regular shoe size. I'm not going to make that investment. 2) they only lasted 3 months. In the beginning of January my heels started to hurt again. I understand that they weren't going to last forever but 3 months seems very short. I will buy again, and more than one pair so they don't wear out so quickly, but still. Also, please get checked by a professional if you think you have over pronation which causes achilles tendonitits & plantar fasciitis. If there is some other reason for these things to be happening, you could create other problems in your body by correcting the over pronation. Like hip pain, or knee pain. Don't just trust your coach or your friend. In the photos, you can see how the straight lines how now folded. Again, great product! Read more
