Tumi warranty a scam! Won't and can't replace a zipper under 5 years.

Bought a Tumi backpack a few years ago, 5 year warranty. Zipper recently broke and I sent it in for repairs, told me they can't repair or replace it and will not give me a new bag. Will give me instead $215 voucher for a $350 bag. Called in and they said their standard "wear and tear" warranty does not cover zipper "tearing". Not sure what the warranty would even cover if it doesn't cover a torn zipper. Read more
