The media could not be loaded. Between travel for work and travel for mental health, my time at the airport is frequent. Truth be told, I chose this case because I was looking for something flat that I could easily put on stickers from the places I travel. It’s really beautiful and where I thought I wouldn’t enjoy the two zipper compartments and no extender, I actually really like it. It glides effortlessly and the extra wide handle is nice. It’s super sturdy. I rarely check a bag but often volunteer to check my carry on if the flight is full which I did on this trip…the first time using this bag. She did come out with a few scratches. The case that comes with the bag is very nice and would protect it well, but it’s bulky and I didn’t feel like bringing it. I am thinking a magic eraser will probably get rid of any marks that happened, but if it doesn’t, I’m not heartbroken. All in all I’m super happy with this purchase. Edited 09/2/25. Customer service for Tuplus was ann excellent help. The 365 wheels and broad handle is very attractive. However, the handle just wasn’t for me. Also, if you get a scratch on this, it's quite visible w the darker color so consider lighter option. Read more
