Horibble customer service. No humans and no phone numbers. Product does not work
Broke after less than 2 months of use. Customer service is the worst I've seen. It’s an AI that keeps claiming to be a human. They do not have a phone number to speak with a human. Instead of giving me a return code for a refund or a new unit they keep asking me to do things to fix their broken product. They have asked for pictures to prove the lights don’t come on above the manual controls after I told them they dont come on. Whats next, a picture of it plugged in to prove that it is? At this point I just want a refund. Their product and customer service is crap. DON”T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Read more
Pretty Awesome Change to the Daily Routine
Having a bidet has changed my life. I feel a lot cleaner, use a lot less toilet paper, and as a result, have much healthier…skin. I am withholding the fifth star because I have since learned of brands that automatically move the nozzle left and right (rather than you having to move), because the warm water reservoir is a little bit undersized, and because the capacitive remote can be unresponsive, but I would not hesitate to buy again. Perfect fit to my toilet, so easy to install that I didn't need any help. Tried it and the experience was extraordinary. Never felt so clean. The remote was easily accessible which is a plus since I have arthritis. Can set the water pressure and heated seat to make it as comfortable as can be. Read more

Its okay
I probably would not purchase this product again. The intelligence is pretty slow in that it takes about 10 seconds to switch between functions and the dryer function is so weak it doesn't really do anything. It's way too expensive for what it does. Read more
