Bought as gift for my lovely lady. She loves it. Was worried about some reviewers stating that water pressure was too low, but we do not have that issue. The install could not have been easier (standard toilet, electrical outlet available within reach.) The features all work - 3 settings for heated water jet stream, 3 settings for heated air dry, heated seat, 3 settings for jet spray - stationary, slight up/down oscillation, a bit more oscillation. She (and I) found nothing to complain about. It is as comfortable as any seat, with the heated option making it more so. I believe it was a decent value for the price. My one complaint is the indicator light on the side of the unit doesn't shut off. Its blue to indicate "eco mode", where the seat only heats when you sit on it (my preference), and red/orange if the seat is always heated. As grown adults, we like it to be dark when we sleep. We shut the bathroom door and its OK, but would much prefer that all manufacturers stop putting obnoxious indicator lights on things that light your house up like Christmas trees. I keep a set of blackout tabs on hand for this reason (bought from Amazon), and need to simply tack one on to the side of this unit. Have wanted to try a bidet after hearing raves about them. In the US, these aren't standard in our homes but they should be!! I researched for quite awhile and decided this had all the features I wanted and the price was a great value against the competition. Plĺĺ If you have doubts, don't. Yes, we needed an outlet installed in the commode closet, that took about 2 hours and thanks to my handy husband, the cost was minimal to install. He even let me take the virgin voyage on the seat. LoL. Ladies and Gents, I'm here to tell you that I despise a cold toilet seat, this was warm immediately! The control remote gives you choices in temperature and pressure for the seat, the water temp and the air dry. There is an oscillation feature that I've decided I cannot live without. The front wash and back wash selections are amazing. AND the self cleaning feature is an added bonus - don't get me wrong, you still need to clean it but it's nice. Night lights ect... If you want your hoohaw amd boomboom fresh and clean after a necessary bodily function - get it, pay the little bit extra. Read more
TUSHY Cloud Electronic Bidet Heated Toilet Seat | Instant Warm Water, Adjustable Air Dryer, Soft Clos....... I subtracted a star from this heated bidet because I'm not impressed with the water pressure the nozzle delivers, or the light gray lettering which makes the control panel difficult to read. That being said the good points are the seat is comfortable and maintains the warmth, the controls operate nicely and there are enough choices. The night light is fine not overly bright, the seat feels quite sturdy, there are no leaks and a very easy install. It's a low rise seat so you hardly notice the diference from a regular seat and it looks great like it belongs there not like some Rube Goldberg add on. I would recommend it to a friend. Read more
The installation was easy, my sister did hers by herself, they have some great review videos and installation help. But I'm consistently happy with the performance and ease of use, customizations, cleanliness and comfort. Heated seats in the winter, steady stream of warm water (might be a split second of cool to start in colder days), and all manner of blow-dry adjustments. Wonderful item. After a trip to Japan where bidets are standard, I had to have one. Bought a cheap one at first. Nope. Poor decision. Then I bought this Tushy. Worth every penny and more. Wave a flag. Set off fireworks! It's marvelous! Easy to install. Easy to adjust the settings to get it just right. Never sit on a cold seat again. Warm water. Nightlight. It's absolutely the best! I just love it! If you are on the fence about purchasing it, just do it! Everything works beautifully and is of excellent quality. It was easy to install, temperature is adjustable. They make it to fit oval or round toilets. Ours has a remote and a shelf to keep it on. Very nice. Read more

So far so good, seat and water nice and warm, wash positioning and oscillation controls are responsive and get the job done as well as any bidet I've experienced in my extensive travels in Japan. Easy to install, replacing a manual Tushy model, 30 min from start to finish including replacing the old t-valve with the new one and no leaks on the 1st try! The only issue is the sputtering stream at highest 1 or 2 water pressure selections (as others have reported). It is NOT water pressure as the manual Tushy model the Cloud+ replaced had insane max water pressure on the same water line, it is a design issue. But that being said the max stream pressure has been more than adequate and the higher setting that sputters creates like a spray option that helps clean better. The dryer function is not useful for me but everything else is great. Read more
