Worked perfectly for my old 23" tv. It is pretty heavy duty, especially for the price. In fact, surprisingly so. The instructions don't explain the operation of the mount, but do explain the installation well. Once I had it up it was pretty versatile with the positions it can be moved into, and instructions of the operation really aren't needed. Plenty of hardware for some different scenarios. A couple of notes: 1) The package includes those plastic inserts that are typically used for mounting into sheetrock. This mount is not to be installed into sheetrock! I noticed a few complaints about this mount falling out. The instructions show that they are included so you can mount into a brick wall. Sheetrock will not hold your tv up! 2) The 15° tilt is more-or-less a permanent positioning. You need to use the included thin wrench to adjust it to the tilt you want, then tighten it. It can be readjusted if needed, but again on a more-or-less permanent basis. 3) The piece that attaches to the back of the tv can be mounted whether the tv is flat on the back, or curves.
