I’ve had many dryers. This hair dryer blows directly on the hair and dries quickly and my hair is 3c and my daughter is 4c. No problem! Great for prepping for a silk wrap! It leaves hair light weight. It feels silky before flat ironing it. Not weighted down. Lots of shine and I truly believe it doesn’t burn the hair at all it’s like drying it faster and less heat contact! Almost like. Diffuser, If that makes sense. Use the right products to get the desired results! We use a heat protectant then we use a light oil if needed on the ends of our hair to close the cuticles while drying. Can be used as a diffuser also! In my opinion it actually does better than my other brush dryer ( I won’t say the name but it used to dry fast, not anymore) Great quality! Read more

I have thin hair but a lot of it, so I was looking for a styling tool that didn’t make my hair limp or flat as it gets with a flat iron now that my bob is growing and above my shoulders. The heat options are a must for someone with my hair type. I use medium heat, low speed and it works so perfectly. I do dry my hair to about 50% before using this tool and it finishes drying my hair super quickly. It doesn’t have a dedicated cold shot button, but you can turn the switch back to fan for something cooler, put up in rollers to set, or blast a cold shot with another tool if you need that. I never use the cold shots, so it’s not a feature I miss. The brush is quite big so if your hair is super short, this may not be for you. You’re better off with a non dryer brush. The frizz level is easy to control so long as you only place enough hair to fit the width of the bristles and rotate over and over in a circular motion. You should not have any frizz if you do this. Note, there is a difference between frizz and baby hairs getting a bit of static until they settle away from the air blowing at it. If your hair is super coarse or curly, you will probably need to flat iron baby hairs close to root, especially at the temple or hairline. You can get close to the root but never enough (safely) to tame those hairs if your texture is above 2c. I do notice my hair is shiny after everything settles with this styler without need of oils or serums after, but again, fine hair—below 2c texture. It is noisy. About the same noise as old hair dryers. If you need to style and not wake others up, you won’t be successful unless they’re far enough from you. I don’t mind it personally, but it’s something to consider for your needs/lifestyle. Read more

The product is great absolutely amazing. I originally have very curly 4c hair and it's usually very hard to dry because of how much I have. This product saved me the stress of missing wet areas in my hair that could become very tangled. I only dryed my hair with a microfiber towel a little bit before using this. It's amazing definitely worth the money. However if you are looking for something small and compact this is not for you because it's very bulky. Otherwise, a perfect product and easy to use very minimal noise great quality easy to style with. Read more

TYMO Hair Dryer/Blow Brush I have short hair, and this blow brush still works really well! It dries my hair fast and leaves it smooth, straight, and frizz-free—just like it promises. The barrel is a bit big for shorter styles, but with a little practice, it gives a great finish. My hair looks polished and styled in minutes! Read more

I have naturally curly kinda frizzy hair, and this dryer brush works pretty well! I definitely like it better than a normal hair dryer, and it's oval-shaped so that helps get a better grip. It has two heat settings. Heats up fast and the second setting gets pretty hot. It dries your hair quickly. But still need to use hot tools afterwards. Read more

I have lots of fine hair, slightly wavy, below my shoulders, have had it partially colored (so minimal bleaching 1-2x/yr) for a decade. I only blow dry my bangs and I do apply serum after washing to help with health. I had a very low bar for this product for me and was prepared to have to return it, BUT it worked so well! I was so happy with the ease of use, the results of smoothed and straightened hair, and it lasted a couple of days with no special treatment. The cord is nice and long and I appreciate lower heat and lower power setting. Cleaning it will be a little more difficult because of the shape, but nothing horrible. Read more

This Dryer Brush delivers perfect, salon-quality results, and truly lives up to its promise of creating a smooth, voluminous blowout quickly. It functions flawlessly as a 4-in-1 tool, giving you a smooth, frizz-free finish. However, be aware that the design of the brush head makes it quite hard to clean—this is the one major trade-off. Styling Performance: The Perfect Blowout This brush is a powerhouse for styling. I found it to be exceptional at drying and styling simultaneously. • Frizz Control: The ionic technology really works; my hair was significantly smoother and had less static than when using a traditional dryer and round brush combo. • Volume: The oval titanium barrel is excellent for getting lift at the root and creating a beautiful, bouncy curl at the ends. My results were always voluminous and looked professionally done. • Ease of Use: It is lightweight and comfortable to maneuver, even with thick or long hair. It truly cuts down on styling time. The Cleaning Challenge While the performance is perfect, maintenance is the tricky part. • Design Issue: The combination of bristles and vent placement makes it very difficult to thoroughly remove lint, dust, and trapped hair (which is crucial for tool longevity and hygiene). • Time-Consuming: Cleaning the vents and base of the bristles takes significantly more time and effort than other styling tools I've owned.
