Love this, it smoothes my hair without frying it, other tools were way too hot & damaging, also hard to use for me. Works quickly too, & leaves a nice curl on the ends. Isn't too heavy or bulky like other tools, not hard to handle & doesn't hurt my wrists/hands, (issues with arthritis, hand dexterity, mobility.) Heats up quickly, glides easily through my hair, the brissels are far enough apart to gently smooth the hair without tangling. can adjust the temperature, I like that the power or control buttons aren't in the way of my palm as i use it, like ive had on other models, I kept hitting it & turning it off, but this one has no issue with the placement. This is a really well-made thermal brush, and I do like it overall. It heats up quickly, glides smoothly through the hair, and does an amazing job at taming frizz and leaving my roots shiny and polished. For smoothing and adding a sleek finish, it definitely performs beautifully. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because my hair is cut into a short bob, and I don’t feel it grips enough to give me the lift and volume I was hoping for. This works very well to add volume to hair. Makes hair seem healthier than before. I would have given it a 5, but it is difficult to control the type of curl. I would have given it a 4, but it advertised as a drier (which it does not do). I wasted money as I was not looking for the type of device it turned out to be. I gave it 3stars as I trust it will make someone else very happy. I, myself, still have to buy was I was after in the first place. AND cannot return this used product. Read more

I have long, fine, wavy/curly hair. The brush is easy to handle. My problem is that it seems to function like a glorified hair straightener. If I wanted a straightening brush, I would have bought one. This advertises itself as a blowout brush, but didn’t produce the desired effect no matter how I handled it. Wrapping my hair over, under, brushing it, leaving the brush stationary - nothing. Not a wave in sight. Minimally flipped ends that just aren’t even a quarter as nice as what you get at a salon. I can curl my ends better with a hair straightener. Aside from function, when I heated it up for the first time, it smelled like someone was cooking seafood. Just weird. I give it 2 stars only because it functions for SOMETHING, though not the intended purpose. Not worth the money. Read more

Out of all the tools that I have tried for my short hair to curl it under this one works the best! It doesn’t make my hair frizzy and it heats up nicely to it actually gives my hair a blow out look! Love it! Read more
