Comfortable, Reliable, and Discreet! The U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Pads with Wings are one of the best I’ve tried! They’re super thin but still very absorbent, which makes them perfect for everyday wear. The wings keep them in place really well—no bunching or shifting. I also love that they’re soft and don’t irritate my skin, even on sensitive days. They’re comfortable enough that I almost forget I’m wearing one, and they handle heavier flow days without any leaks.
