This phone holder is sleek and well-made. It is really one of the nicest and more effective phone holders I have come across. It is easy to put up on a cleaned surface (like the windscreen) and just by rotating the wide bezel clockwise, it effectively ‘tightens’ the vacuum suction. To adjust the phone’s position, the smaller bezel that attaches to the arm rotates 360 degree clockwise. The rotation is firm and so are the two joints for adjusting the angles on the arms that hold the phone. This way there is no movement on the phone when the car moves/rattles. Finally, the magnet on the ring is strong and really ‘sticks’ strongly onto the phone. Was excited to get this, it said it worked in the car and the desk. It wouldn’t suction at all on the dashboard. Tried to use it on my desk at work and it would suction then about 20 minutes later, it would tip over. I tried it dry or with some moisture, and nothing. I use a think phone case and I initially thought once I hide the magnetic ring inside the case would make the phone not stick to the base well.
