For our king size bed, we use two 4” deep, twin size box springs. I purchased this to transport them on our cross country move. Since it is for a thicker bed, the corners didn’t fit quite right, but I expected that. The length was also a bit shorter than the size of our boxsprings… Maybe I just didn’t measure correctly when ordering. But all in all, this is a mattress cover just as expected. I purchased this to cover my mattresses when moving. I feel better knowing that it has that extra protection while in storage. It was fairly easy to put on and I taped it closed with packing tape. This item is perfect the exact size needed. Even tho I'm not using these bags for a mattress they are pefect for transporting balloons to an event at set up. Plastic is extremely sturdy just like contractor bags, thick. I seen tiny holes for the mattress to breathe so it's not water resistant. I placed the bag on my sofa and seems like a twin size mattress fits prefect. Keep in mind the plastic bags does not have a zipper so you might have to tape the end when storing or moving your mattress. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Read more

Here's the one thing about this mattress cover; it doesn't seal. If you're going to use this as a protection for storage, you need to have package tape to seal it up. They are clear in the description so just be prepared with tape to use as part of the wrapping process. As long as you understand that, this is a fine mattress cover. The two-pack means it's possible to cover box springs and mattresses with one package. (No, couldn't fit both box springs and mattress in one of the bags.) This is not something I'd want to sleep on. But these would, with the open end to allow the mattress to breath, be something to protect a mattress from bed wetting. Read more

These bags suck. 1. Super thin. About half the strength as a trash bag. Good luck not tearing this while trying to get it on your mattress. 2. Too short! Barely fits the mattress. I had to tape the edges and it was as if they cut the bag exactly to fit to save every last cent. So much for using this as a storage solution. 3. Too tight! You can’t lift the mattress by its handles because of the dimensions and terrible quality of the plastic. Torn! 4. There are holes pre-punched in the cover! Are you kidding me? Again, defeats the purpose altogether. Wonderful to discover these things on Moving day. Please buy a different cover. Read more
