This Cllighting UFO LED High Bay Light 240W is seriously powerful, and for a typical home garage, it borders on overkill. I installed it in a dim section of my garage, and it immediately became the brightest area in the entire space. With a rated output of up to 38,400 lumens at 5000K and an efficiency of 160 lm/W, it throws an intense, daylight-like light that easily outperforms older shop fixtures or legacy HID lighting. It is bright enough that you do not want it mounted at eye level. Looking directly at it can be uncomfortable. I mounted mine higher up in the rafters to reduce glare, which helped a lot while still delivering full coverage across the work area. The 120-degree beam spreads light evenly, making it well-suited for garages, workshops, gyms, and warehouse-style spaces with higher ceilings. Installation is straightforward. It comes with a 5-foot power cord and standard three-prong plug, so it is plug-and-play for most home setups. If you prefer, it can also be hardwired by removing the plug. The included hook and safety rope make mounting simple, but depending on your ceiling structure, you may still need to supply additional hardware, such as a chain or anchors. Once installed, it feels solid and secure. One “nice-to-have” feature is selectable wattage and color temperature. You can choose between 240W, 192W, or 144W and adjust to 4000K, 5000K, or 6000K. That flexibility adds real value, especially when retrofitting different spaces. I ran it at full output in a garage environment, but it is nice to know you can dial it back if the full 240W is more than you need. It also supports 0-10V dimming, which is a normal/typical dimmer used for things like ceiling fans, not specifically LED dimmers. Just make sure you get the right dimmer, and you're golden. Build quality appears industrial grade. The die-cast aluminum housing is thick and substantial, and the IP65 rating means it should withstand dusty or humid environments. It is also ETL listed, which adds confidence from a safety standpoint. The light output is flicker-free and stable, with no buzzing or visible pulsing. Heat is something to keep in mind with a fixture this powerful. Like most high-output LED high bays, it generates noticeable heat at the housing. The large aluminum heat sink is clearly designed to manage thermal load, but you still do not want it in direct contact with insulation or flammable materials. In a properly ventilated space with adequate clearance, it should perform as intended, but mounting height and airflow are important for long-term durability. In terms of value, this sits in a competitive range for a 240W high bay with selectable settings and ETL certification. It is not the cheapest option, but the combination of brightness, build quality, customization, and certification makes the price feel justified. It easily replaces older 750W HID fixtures while using significantly less energy, improving long-term effectiveness and operating costs. Overall, this Cllighting UFO high bay delivers serious light output, strong build quality, and flexible features. It is more than enough for a residential garage and ideal for larger spaces that need industrial-level illumination. Just plan your mounting height carefully, account for heat, and decide ahead of time how much brightness you actually need before running it at full power. Read more

This review is for the "UFO LED High Bay Light 240W, Upgrade 24000LM(160lm/w) 5000K, IP65 Waterproof Flicker-Free High Bay LED Shop Light for Warehouse Workshop Garage Gym, Plug and Play with Power Cord, ETL Listed." And the "UFO LED High Bay Light 150W 6Pack, Upgrade 24000LM(160lm/w), ETL Listed Flicker-Free High Bay LED Shop Light for Warehouse Workshop Garage Gym, IP65 Waterproof Plug and Play with Power Cord." I took some photos with different settings on my phone to first show how the LEDs are spread out on the surface. Then another of the dimmer wires I can use to control intensity, which for me is a very important feature and reason for ordering either model in the first place. The third is a feeble attenpt to show how bright the lights is but it doesn't do it justing. The 240W model is indeed a super bright UFO lighting solution. The 150W model is also super bright and has adjustments for color temperature, three brightness settings, and a current/brightness trim pot that I adjusted to 140w at brightest on the smaller model matching the listing specs. Both cover a wide angle and floods light quite evenly. I do not see any blotches or shadow spots at all anywhere these lights shine. One of my tests was to point it up to my white ceiling. It immediately lit my entire 400 foot room with even light. The diffusing effect from pointing these up gave the room a nearly shaddowless high-brightness glow. That proved to me how well these lights perform, even as a reflection source. It does get warm on the surface, but not on the backside. Regardless, there's no issue with either model catching on fire in my testing. Construction is solid. I see absolutely no imperfections in molding, or in the electrical cord at either end. Both models come with a safety hook/harness in case it somehow becomes dislodged from its instalation. These are going in two separate garages, one used for servicing vehicles as fluorescent lighting there has been lacking for years. The other in an area I use for woodworking. I'm looking forward to seeing an engine without a spotlight and marks on wood. Price is reasonable on both Models considering they gets super bright, are well made, easy to install, and have dimmable wiring features. Both models are worthy of recommendation imho. Read more

These really are a great deal, which you may know.. if you've been looking. These have excellent features - Choose your color temperature ( cool white, natural white, warm white). Choose your power setting ( high=150w , mid=120w, low=80w). The dimming function uses separate wire( I have not set up or tried yet) These are very bright high mount lights great for workshop, store, warehouse ( perfect for rented spaces or permanent locations).Excellent work lights for fetivals, events , construction, etcetera. Height is required - higher, the better to get more coverage. Plug in & selection of cct. Wattage makes these quite versatile. For mobile needs, 6 of these can be packed into small rolling cases with padding. They are lightweight , sealed ,(dust & waterproof) design. I ordered these to replace my previous UFO lights to gain an adjustment option. It's great to be able to tune these my applications as needed. While I love my current UFOs, they are bright, intense, cool white lights. I AM 100% setting these to warm white, at least most of them 😅 and the lowest wattage. My shop ceiling is 18 ft. ..at 150w walmart roof height is completely possible 😅 . These are built well, and the onboard switches are behind a sealed plug. These also come with safety cables and hang from which should STAY WITH the fixture and be USED ALWAYS. Hook them up before even beginning the installation in highpoint uses! Hands down the most customizable high mount UFOs I've had the pleasure to use- I would 100% recommend these. Read more
