I came across these in Macys, but they didn’t have my size. Amazon never fails me and I jumped on here and found them (for $10 cheaper even) and I ended up placing the order before I ever left the shoe dept in Macys. Technology is so great! I usually wear a size 7 in UGG boots, but apparently I am a size 6 in the platform tennis. I bought a 6.5 and 6, tried on both and there was a size enough difference I went with the 6. Returned the 6.5. These are comfortable, I can wear these all day running errands and such. I appreciate the platform to give me some height. These are the good quality as you usually expect from UGG. I guess I've have these a month now and I have worn them many times without issue. I'm happy with the purchase and highly recommend these! This is about the UGG shoe itself, not Amazon or shipping or fulfillment. They suck for me and I wear 5 other types of UGGS (boots, sandals, slippers, and including the mule version of this shoe) through the year. 1. they eat all socks. ALL socks. no show, ankle, calf - they're all pulled under my foot. So go with a flat sock insert you say? 2. flat sock inserts, thin as they may be, restrict the toe box enough to make my toes rub against the top of the shoe. 3. the inside of the shoe is not no-sock friendly, with just suede edges and seams to bother your feet til, quickly, your feet are blistered and screaming WHY?! What did ever do to YOU?! it's just a weird not-thought-through or tested balance and design. I am super disappoint. Read more
