There are scuffs on each shoe and one was barely tied with no cardboard/paper stuffing. Also missing the UGG card insert. I wanted to return them for another pair, but I got them $25 off and they’re back to full price again. Aside from the scuffs and packaging, they’re extremely comfortable but run really big.
