An outstanding product that has helped organize what used to be a mess in my desk into a manageable and clean setup of cables. The USB Hub works wonderfully and powers on all of my devices without any problem. It's smooth and tiny which doesn't occupy much space in my desk and looks great. I haven't had a single compatibility issue as of now and everything I have connected hasn't had any connectivity issues. Read more
I tried the TP-Link UH720 that was on sale and had connection stability issues. I noticed the TP-Link hub would be recognized when pluged in without the seperate power supply. If the hub takes any power from the computer, I see that as a major possible hazard given backfeed and other possible issues that could come up. This hub refused to be recognized until the seperate power supply was connected, very good. I also attempted to see if I could get power out of the usb port going to the computer and didn't see major issues. So far very happy with the number of ports, build, and function. The 4 ports with greater charging copacity are great, I only wish the bolt indicator had better contrast for visibility. Keep in mind the extra charging capabilities of the charge ports is minimal and you should be happy. If you want fast charging ports with multi support for QC or PD, you might want to look elsewhere. I was super close to buying a cheap Wenter hub but am glad I didn't, especially after seeing some photos of them melting after some time. Buying a good name-brand hub is worth the extra $10-15 for premium parts its made with and the trust of knowing it won't catch on fire. This feels quality-made and looks sleek. I love the gunmetal metal body. The LEDs are bright but not intrusive (also, they're blue). There's 4 fast-charging ports. This is a fantastic and perfect little hub. It's so convenient not having to unplug my lights and other stuff and instead can just turn them off with the push of a button. There is no slot on the back to wall-hang it, but I used velcro, and it isn't going anywhere, even if I have to unplug things. Something I want to share that I thought was cool, my previous USB was a cheap $20 Best Buy Essentials one that worked fine. I play a lot of RockSmith. This power of this hub made my guitar WAY louder and in general sounds way more incredible through USB like I've never heard before. Amazing. You won't regret paying a little more for this little hub. Upset it has a dedicated power source AND needs to be connected to the computer? Two cords!? Don't be. This means your computer has to work less to power it, brings more dedicated power to your devices, and gives you better results/responsiveness using your devices in every way possible. This is exactly what you want, especially for a 7-port hub. I promise it's worth it. Give yourself peace of mind and get the best bang for your buck. Read more
Certain USB perriferals with more than one USB power cable (portable DVD burners as example) seem like they can backfeed voltage into the hub and light up the LEDs even when a port is switched off. That might be more of an issue with how the perriferals are wired, rather than the hub itself though. Read more
Confidence is high when you plug in your USB and it doesn't feel loose. Read more
Very good tactile button feel. Only complaint would be that I need a larger one now. Very handy to have all the switches for power/access. Also keeps data bandwidth for USB 3.0 (even with a UGreen 15ft extension USB cable). Have been very happy to have found this company. They are a bit pricey but the quality is unmatched (so far). Hope this will drive others to improve their products and drive innovation. Read more

Bought in September and it died on me today, all my accessories wouldn't connect that were plugged into the hub. Tried troubleshooting and came to realization that it's just dead. I've had Anker products last me 10+ years. Cannot recommend unless UGREEN reaches out to me and offers a replacement. Read more
