Got this for taking better phone videos and it's been nice so far. The phone hold is secure. Those octopus legs actually grip onto things way better than expected, wrapped them around a fence post and everything stayed put. Sturdiness is really good for something this flexible. The silicone legs bend into position and stay there without sagging. Functionality covers all the basics - works with my phone, friend tested it with her GoPro. The ease of use is excellent, took about 2 minutes to figure out the leg positioning. The weight is definitely noticeable though - heavier than I expected for a flexible tripod. Not a dealbreaker but you'll feel it in your bag. Stability has been impressive considering how much you can bend and twist this thing. Read more

🟢 First impression This kit immediately feels like a more complete alternative to the classic GorillaPod concept. Instead of building a setup piece by piece, here you get almost everything needed to work with a phone, action camera, or a small compact camera right out of the box. The idea is simple: one flexible tripod that covers most everyday shooting scenarios without additional shopping. ⭐ What stands out Build quality is very good across the board. The flexible legs are sturdy, hold their shape well, and don’t sag under the weight of small cameras. The Bluetooth remote works reliably, the quick-release system is genuinely convenient, and switching between devices is fast and frustration-free. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than basic flexible tripods, but the quality and completeness of the kit make that price difference understandable. This is the kind of accessory that feels useful to have in your gear arsenal. ⚙️ Room for improvement For travel, the setup is slightly bulky and heavier than expected. It’s fine for a backpack, but less appealing if you’re trying to keep things ultra-compact. The second issue is the phone holder. It’s very basic and lacks its own rotation mechanism. Switching between selfie, vertical, or horizontal shots requires adjusting the tripod head itself, which almost always shifts framing compared to the previous shot. A simple built-in pivot would have made a noticeable difference here. 🎯 Bottom line A solid, well-built flexible tripod kit that covers a lot of ground for phones, action cameras, and compact cameras. It’s not the most travel-friendly option, and the phone mount feels oversimplified, but overall it’s a practical, reliable tool that’s clearly meant to be used — not just collected. Read more

Works wonderfully for action cams, but I would not suggest getting this for anything larger than the smallest mirrorless camera with a very light lens. The build is good, but it's very light duty and anything heavy will probably not do well on it. It does have flexibility in the legs for creative shooting, like wrapping it around a tree branch, or stabilizing it on an uneven rock in a creek. It doesn't have any telescoping on it for a selfie mode, and the remote that comes with works but has no storage anywhere on the device. The legs are quite flexible though, and easy to use. They only go out so wide though and it's all tension based so overtime they will probably get floppy. It's not my favorite tripod, but I will be using it for macro lighting so it should work fine for that. Read more
