good! brace is nice and wide so it covers the whole back and feels nice and supportive. velcro straps are secure and very adjustable and comfortable. the ends do fold over on itself when you bend/twist too much, but it's not that annoying. main issue for me is that the straps are only adjustable from the front, so the cross over on the back (which is stitched in and not adjustable) rides really close to your neck and there's no way to pull it down.
