Great Knives for the price and they look great Read more
Knifes are good quality but were sent without proper packaging. The storage box was destroyed. Thankfully it wasn’t wet as this would have destroyed the wooden handles. Read more
Feels great in your hand, looks sleek. Made very well and worth the cost! Also, came very sharp and ready to use! Read more
Beautiful and sharp. Just what I needed Read more
Verry disappointing knife is sharp feels good in the hand. But the finish on the wood is horrible. I hand wash only and dry then back in the knife block , but it is completely deteriorating and the handles are discolored all ready Read more

I’ve been through a lot of kitchen gear over the years, and I’ve learned that a cheap set of steak knives is usually a waste of money because they either bend or the handles fall apart after a few months. I picked up this Natura Series set of eight, and I'm giving them five stars because they feel like they belong in a man’s hand and they actually get the job done without any fuss. The first thing I liked was the weight and the grip. The wooden handles have a solid, natural feel that plastic ones just can’t match. My daughters are 11 and 13, and even they noticed that these knives don't slip around when we're sitting down for a Sunday dinner. The high carbon stainless steel is sharp right out of the box, and the serrated edge saws through a thick ribeye or a pork chop like it's nothing. They look good on the table too, which is a nice change from the mismatched stuff I used to have. On the downside, because they have wooden handles, you absolutely cannot just toss these in the dishwasher. If you do, you’re going to ruin the wood and probably the blade over time. You have to wash them by hand and dry them off immediately. It’s a bit of extra work, but for me, taking care of good tools is just part of the process. Considering you get eight of these for the price, the value is excellent. You’re getting a high-quality set that looks expensive and performs well, as long as you aren’t lazy about the maintenance. For anyone who appreciates a decent piece of steel, these are worth every penny. Read more

Reviewed Item: Kangdelun Natura Series 4.5” Serrated Steak Knife Set of 8, High Carbon Stainless Steel, Yellow Wooden Handle Retail Price: $89.98 Coupon Off: $31.00 Percentage Off: 0% My Purchase Price: $0.00 Purchase Date: 03/09/24 Review Date: 03/17/24 All knives and cookware should be a lifetime investment. Buying cheaply made ones and constantly replacing them every few years, one ends up spending far more than if they saved their money and purchased them either piece by piece or as a set. My daughter had all her knives, silverware and dishes stolen from her when she relocated. Why it happened remains a mystery to me. Rather than buy her ALL new items, I purchased her dishes that matched her new kitchen, gave her our silverware (she is as sentimental as I am so I sent them overnight) that is full of childhood memories and opted to just replace my own silverware and knives. Afterall, my sets are good sets that will ladt lifetimes. I learned early on, after replacing pots and pans twice to just invest on good pots, pans, silverware and knives I wouldn't have to buy them again and could pass them on to my daughter after I was gone. So, when this happened, I told her to just call it part of her early inheritance (hahahaha), since she is getting all my kitchen gear (I'm a wannabe chef in my next life😉) anyway. So, replacing my steak knives, I chose to review the Kangdelun Natura Series 4.5” Serrated Steak Knife Set. They are a far cry from what my daughter is inheriting, but they are very nice. Any knives that can last 30 years and with proper care impress me. The set I'm reviewing is made of Fraxinus wood. Fraxinus wood is also known as ash from the olive and lilac family. Fraxinus is a hard wood and is used to make bows, baseball bats and other items that require high strength and resilience. Fraxinus is harder than oak, beech and heart pine. It also makes excellent flooring. So, I feel confident that the handles will have a long life, if you trat the wood regularly. You can treat the knives with or without a light sand. My knives will get a light a sand. You can use a wide array of oils. Four or five coats of tung oil works very well. Allow it to sit for five or ten minutes, and buff it off and repeat the process. You can also use a single coat of Tsubaki Oil, Camellia Oil, Coconut Oil, or Beeswax. If storing the knives for a long time, a thin coat of Vaseline will prevent any type of rusting. My grandfather and father would do this with saw and ax blades and it always worked. These Kangdelun Natura Serrated Steak Knife Set were packed in a nice box which made them giftable if you want to give a really nice gift to a hostess who likes to present his or her meals with class. These look awesome when serving an amazing Beef Wellington. The knives are sharp, and like any good wood handle I recommend hand washing them. The dishwasher moves them around too much and can soak them too long. Even with my Bosche which has slots for each individual piece of eating utensil, I handwash my knives. These knives are pretty well balanced. I'm happy with how they cut and how they feel in the hand. For the price, these are a nice bargain and with proper care they can last a lifetime. I'm rating the Serrated Steak Knife Set five out of five stars on the Amazon rating scale. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Full Disclosure: This review is based on my personal and unbiased opinion.
