These knives are great for household kitchen use. They are extremely sharp, so care needs to be taken when in use. We have found them to be very durable and feel very well balanced. I read some reviews about the product rusting when left in the sink awaiting to be washed. I have not had any issues with rust on this product. These knives are extremely beautiful and sharp. They serve their purpose. There’s only one problem. They expose Wood on the handles has no special treatment on it. Do not put it in the dishwasher because the wood will start to get funny. I wash them by hand every time I use them, but the wood is starting to get funky. I don’t know why you don’t have a special coating on the wood. These knives should have a special coating on the wood disappointing in that respect thank you. Read more
