Solid product! Decent looking for an aftermarket install on the toilet. The nozzle control works nicely and is somewhat adjustable so its not just in 2 preset positions. This unit has no heating, so water temperature and pressure are totally dependent on your house. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but does what it supposed to for a reasonable price. Read more
Assembling bidet itself was super easy. What wasn't easy is to figure out which spliter goes where, even with the instruction, because the diagram doesn't differentiate between the one that needs to go on the toilet outlet vs the hot water line. The big one is for the toilet, the small one is for the hot water line. I had an issue with the small splitter, though; the gasket kept going into the line and causing leaks. I got a 3/8" splitter from a hardware store and used that instead, and that resolved the issue. Once everything was assembled and functional, the bidet is good. The pressure is good, it's easy to operate, it cleans well. Controlling the pressure is not the clearest because pressure can be controlled by both temp and valve control. The water temp, even when cranked all the way to warm, is not much different from the room temp water. I'm not sure whether the additional hassle of adding a warm water line was worthwhile. But it could very well be that my warm line takes some time to heat up so ymmv. Read more
We have a Toto Washlet in our main bathroom but we don't have an electrical outlet in our half bathroom where I wanted this one to go so I decided on this non-electric bidet. I looked at several brands but decided on this one because it has a self cleaning function which the other ones didn't offer. This came with the T-connector, braided metal hose line with a cone washer that connects to the T-connector and control panel, and a small roll of teflon tape. I opted to use my own spare roll of teflon tape because the supplied roll was thinner. Installation was straight forward and assembled easily without any issues. To use it you first need to turn the water on by depressing the On/Off lever. The amount you depress it determines the water pressure. This also cleans the sprayer. Next you depress the smaller lever to select front or back spray. The amount you depress the lever determines the water pressure. Unlike the more expensive models you cannot control the position of the spray so you will need to shift your body to get the area(s) you want cleaned. All in all a good inexpensive alternative. A very good product, seems to be pretty high quality and easily installed. My wife is from Brazil and now is happy in Florida so that is a bonus! Read more
After 2 days of use the spray for the rear area suddenly reduced to a very weak spray. Tried all troubleshooting suggested in the papers that came with it. Still not spraying properly, too weak to clean the area. The spray for the front area continues to work good. Acts as if a small piece of debris left in the water system was left over from the manufacturing process that during use moved into the nozzle causing a restriction. If I can't get it to work properly, I will be returning this item. Read more
I am a changed woman. This is wonderful. Dont be afraid if you think you'll only get a cold water line. It's totally fine with cold water. I only use the 2nd click bc the water stream is too forceful. Not recommended for use with kids lol. That would be a disaster. Trust me. Read more
Pressure is good and was working well for about 10 months. Now the on/off handle has a stress fracture and water leaks from it occasionally. Still using it but that's what it is. Just like the others, this is easy to install and the instructions are well written. Just don't expect any longevity out of it. Read more
