This is pretty great for the price. I've installed a different bidet in the past and I felt like the toilet seat could never fit right, but these are much slimmer and make it easy for the toilet seat to fit without causing it to be loose after installation. I did watch a video online to see how others attached this since I didn't want to deal with directions, and it is pretty much as easy as removing the toilet seat and attaching it. As far as use, it's an upgrade from some other models because it does have two separate nozzles. The handle on the side is pretty sleek and I like it better than the knob style I used to have. You turn it one way for one nozzle and the other way for the other nozzle, so it's easy to manage the amount of water pressure. Overall, it's pretty easy to install, it's easy and intuitive to use, and it seems like it's designed well. It doesn't have overly fancy features like heat, but that also means it doesn't have to be plugged in or require anything special besides the existing plumbing. Read more

Now, I will give the item this; it didn't have the greatest chance to begin with. Whoever renovated our bathroom decided all custom sizes and colors were best and so nothing in there is standard, including the toilet. That said, I could not actually use the product. What I will do, is rate my experience on the packaging and presumed quality. Over all, it feels fairly cheap. Probably because it is. the plastic feels flimsy and weak and it looks like It won't hold up for long but will get the job done at least for a time. the instructions are.. lacking. There are only 4 steps, but step 4 is almost literally "finish installing and use". It tells you how to attach the device to your toilet, remove the existing water supply, but otherwise it just tells you to add everything together and good luck. You get a picture which gives you a decent idea of what's going on, but I think it could be better. Read more
