The size is great to hold while rolling on the areas you are working on. It works pretty well for me in my opinion. The pins are pointy but soft enough for your skin and easy to use. The price was bad for me. Read more

I’m honestly amazed at how much this has tightened my skin with only using it for a short period of time! I am a mother of three and was also a surrogate twice, delivering twins both times for two different families. Has Potential. I was looking for a strong multi-use Derma Roller and found this one by curiosity. I always get the standard version but this one caught my eyes since it was a wide version with 3x times more needles, First thing I notice when i tried on my skin is that the needles are not strong, also when I compared it to the standard version I notice the needles are not long enough so i don't think it penetrates as it should be. Pros: 1. Wide head 3x times more needles than standard derma roller. 2. light easy to carry 3. handle feels good when rolling Cons: 1. Needles are not strong 2. Needles are not long I would not recommend this device and will be looking for another option to meet my needs. with stronger needles for my skin. Read more
