The overall build quality and feel of the product is great. Comes in a sealed bag similar to medical supplies, but does not indicate that it is sterilized. Also includes a case for clean storage. The roller itself has a frosted rubber texture that is extremely pleasant to touch and hold in the hand and has a much more ergonomic handle shape than other rollers. Non-slip and easy to clean with additional ribbing for grip. The replaceable head is a fantastic idea, however the head does not hold securely in my product. When applying a decent amount of force the head will wiggle unexpectedly providing a less than ideal experience. It's possible that I just got a one-off imperfection. It may be challenging to find replacement heads in the future though. The product really does have a premium feel to it with the rubberized texture and a more ergonomic handle with grip points molded into the handle. I'm really not fond of the hard and often slippery plastics that most derma rollers have. Read more

I normally only use a battery powered micro-needling device & it will be the only kind I use on my face. I’m not interested in using a derma roller for my face but I did get this for the convenience of treating the hairline. I’ll be using it every other day or every two days. It seems like a nice derma roller but I have to be honest & say that this is the very first derma roller I’ve ever had so I don’t have any to compare it with. Read more

My wife uses microneedling to improve her skin and reduce stretch marks, and she was happy with this roller. She said it worked noticeably better than others she’s tried—she could tell it was effective because it left the red marks that show it’s hitting the right depth. Other rollers haven’t done that as well. It also came sealed in plastic, kind of like the sterile packaging nurses use for medical tools, which made it feel clean and professional right out of the box. At around $20 (at the time of this review), it seems a little pricey—but I’m not sure how many uses you’re supposed to get out of one, so maybe that’s standard. Overall, my wife was pleased with it, though not blown away—so 4 stars feels about right. Read more
