Had a collar problem right from the start. The remote would not recognize one of the collars. Got a hold of Jane (customer service) she sent a new replacement ASAP! Battery for the remote died over a year later and again Jane said she would send me one as soon as they came in 7/10/2021. Could not tell me the battery size?? Seems odd?? Made contact with her 2 weeks ago to check the status. Jane said if failed shipment.??? Once the battery's go bad around a year of use the system is throw away at best!! Can't tell you how irritated I am. She said she would ship again ASAP. Still zero battery. Do not buy this system. Purchasing a new system else where. Read more

Scared dog very sad.

This does not work. My dog is scared and won't go around the yard. Just stands/sits in one place in fear of the shock. It was sold saying there is a distance between the TONE, VIBRATE & SHOCK. That is not my experience. That distance is inches. I wore the collar on my arm for more than an hour walking the line to understand what my dog would receive. Sad. Am building a traditional fence.
