This is a much better version of the other e-collars due to the on and off button. It does not need to be charged as often and when it does, it does not take too much time. It works very well on aggressive dogs since the voltage is higher. I can breathe a little better knowing my dog will think twice become he decides to lunge at someone. Read more

We bought this at the recommendation of our dog trainer. He trained her to it and it works wonderfully. She is a sensitive 25lb mini Bernie and setting it to between 19-22 is plenty. The trainer recommended 24 while she’s learning. If you don’t have a trainer to make recommendations, I would test on yourself first and start low. if your dog doesn’t feel it, you can gradually increase the intensity. Also make sure it’s connecting with the skin if it isn’t working before increasing intensity. We are very happy with it. Battery life seems fine. Also make sure to sync the remote and collar after turning off and back on. Read more
So far it's been wonderful like when my GSD first started training. I'm still learning how to use it effectively. I do wish it had tones as well as vibrate and nick but after using it I don't think tones would be helpful. It'd be great if the display lit up for night time adjustments. Read more

The receiver battery runs out in 2 days / max 3. It is such a hassle to have the receiver run out in half the time as the remote. Do Not Recommend. Read more
