Well this kinda stinks. I got these for a condo we recently purchased that has walk-in tiled closet and nowhere to put shampoo, conditioner, etc. When I read the description on Amazon, I thought these would be perfect. It says, “Easy to Install: It is very simple to install these shower shelf, just follow the instruction, no glue or any destroy to your existing construction.” Um!?! What? And no, I’m not mocking the gramatical errors. First, the box didn’t have instructions in it. How does one follow instructions without instructions. I scoured the web for instructions and came up empty-handed for this particular model, but I found some that are similar and it turns out when you are grouting tile, you slip the little tabs for these shelves between the tiles that aren’t yet grouted and grout around them. I know, the description is wrong for a secondary reason that far outweighs the first issue. The description says, “no glue or any destroy to your existing construction,” but in order to install it in my bathroom, I would most definitely need to “destroy” at least part of it. I’d somehow need to chip some grout out, and slip the tabs in, and re-grout, which brings me to the 3rd issue with the description. “Very simple to install” would definitely not be how I describe that process. However, if you are in the midst of tiling a shower and want permanent shelves that are easy to install, these might be the perfect fit for your project. Practically speaking, these are only for new tile/grout install. If that’s what you are doing, they’d probably be great. Otherwise, skip this product. Read more

When I read the info on this I couldn't find anything about how to install it just that it was easy. I hoped when it would arrive that it would have instructions, but it didn't. I could not figure out how to install it. From what I could tell it looks like it needs to be maybe installed when you install the tile? I was very confused and could not figure out how to install it so in the donation pile it goes unfortunately. Read more
